Each year we get a swallows nest above our back door and this year they are back again. High winds have blown down the next a few weeks ago, but the swallows have rebuilt the nest in a different place.
This morning I was lucky enough to witness the swallows adding to their nest, so hopefully it wont be too long until babies are peeping out. It is a lovely sight to see, at first you only see the little tails, then, eventually when they grow you can see their little heads peeping from the nest. What a privilege it is to see them there and also to see them fly away from the nest.
