A Ballet of Nature

Grass flowing gently in fields all around

Whispering, grasping with roots in the ground

A mild haunting tune is heard through the trees

Leaves rustle together in time with the breeze

Wild rabbits are running and darting around

A field mouse pops up from its hole in the ground

A stag bowing gracefully a Lord of the Dance

Birds huddle together an air of romance

Bright coloured flowers of yellows and reds

Showing sweet dance by swaying their heads

This ballet that nature has deemed to unfold

In the hands of an artist their story is told
